Thanks for your interest in becoming a sponsor of MCHC’s Parties! Since 2018, each MCHC Party has functioned as a fundraising concert for local non-profits, with 8 or more local musical acts entertaining hundreds of community members. All Party profits go directly to the organization. With the help of our sponsors and community, we’ve fundraised over $100,000 – our Parties raising the majority of these funds! 

Your sponsorship helps cover production costs like: equipment rentals, sound, permitting, and security, ensuring more money gets to the benefiting organizations. MCHC offers 4 Levels of Party Sponsorship: Gift; Media; Title; and Presenting.

🎉 2026 Parties 🎉 

You have the option of which Party (or Parties!) to Sponsor:

• 10-Year Anniversary Party! Party! Saturday, April 18, 2026 - commemorates the restaurant’s opening in April 2016. The beneficiary for this event since 2018 has been Launch: Community Through Skateboarding, who fosters a culture of creativity and self-expression to skateboarders throughout Northern Colorado.
• Pride Party! Saturday August 15, 2026 - supports our LGBTQ+ community. This year’s Party will benefit… TBD!
• After Party! Saturday, October 3, 2026 - our summer send-off benefiting the Cultural Enrichment Center of Fort Collins, who connects participants with history, literature, arts, music, dance, traditions, and folklore of the African American experience.

⭐ Party Sponsor Levels, Rates, & Perks ⭐

Through our Party marketing, you can reach over 30,000 newsletter subscribers, over 13,000 social media followers, and/or dozens of local businesses across Northern Colorado. This is in addition to in-restaurant marketing at both our Fort Collins locations, our website, and of course the visitors to each Party.

❤️ Gift Sponsor

Any donation in the form of gifts to be used as fundraising items during the Party like swag, gift cards, etc. Value range is typically between $25-$300

• Recognized verbally at the Party, in at least one promotional social media post, and in the MCHC newsletter following the Party
• You may be a Gift Sponsor in addition to the other Levels

$400 for one Party, $750 for two, or $1,050 for all three

• All Gift Sponsor benefits, plus
• Logo on promotional materials, including social media posts, printed flyers distributed across Northern Colorado, and printed in-house posters; social media tags

$675 for one Party, $1300 for two, or $1800 for all three

• All Gift & Media Sponsor benefits, plus
• Friends & Family status on one catering order for your organization (50% off or up to $300 off) per Party sponsored

• All Gift & Media Sponsor benefits, plus
• Friends & Family status on two catering orders for your organization (50% off or up to $300 off each order) per Party sponsored
• Logo and link in our “Friends of MCHC” section on our website through the end of the calendar year
• One speaking opportunity per Party

1. Gift, Media, and Title Sponsors, fill out this form and pick one, two, or all three Parties to sponsor and the level of sponsorship

• Presenting Sponsors - you do not need to fill out this form! Please contact events@mchcco.com to establish your sponsorship

2. Get us the goods:

• For Gift Sponsors, you can drop off your gift bag up to a week before the Party you’re sponsoring, or request that we pick it up from you
• For Media, Title, and Presenting Sponsors, you can secure your sponsorship in the form of a check (you can drop it off, or we can pick it up), or via invoice. To ensure all funds are applied to the Party, we are not accepting credit card payments at this time

3. Receive the perks:

• As soon as the gift bag or payment is received, your sponsorship benefits begin! (Title and Presenting Sponsors will be sent instructions for redeeming catering order discounts)
