Brunch begins at 11:00AM. We're leveling up MCHC's Hot Mess sandwich with a *pink waffle*, and $2 from every *pink mimosa* sold will go to the Compost Research & Education Foundation.
Plant & Seed Swap from 11:00AM - 2:00PM. Bring your plants and seeds to swap with the community out on the patio, and check out some of the Compost Queen's high quality Compost made right here in Fort Collins.
Compost 101 Class at 2:00PM. Grab a pen, because Compost Queen is hosting a FREE Compost 101 class for all ages inside the restaurant. Learn the basics of home composting, including methods, recipes, hallmarks of quality, and when to harvest.
